This is no doubt one of the most anticipated and talked-about preconstruction projects in Aventura. Bringing together two powerhouses of real estate – BH3 and developer Gary Cohen – this ambitious condo project will be located on South Florida’s last undeveloped private island, and promises to be one of the most luxurious in the region.

The sole address on South Florida’s last undeveloped private island, Prive is an exclusive lifestyle offering with world-class services, five-star amenities and absolute privacy, all surrounded by open air, sea and sky. Prive is a secluded enclave of 160 grand residences in twin, 16-story towers. The residences range in size from 2,585 to over 5,600 square feet of indoor space, plus expansive terraces. Furthermore, the acclaimed Steven G. will be designing all the lobbies and common areas, raising the bar of style and comfort.

Residences will range in size from spacious 2 bedroom units with dens, to oversized 5 bedroom suits with media room and den. The typical 3 bedroom residence will be an immense 2,600 square feet of living area and feature a den and 4.5 baths. Regardless of floor plans and size, all interiors include spacious terraces with door and windows openings offers expansive views of the Intracoastal Waterway. These will be some of the largest condos in the area, and along with all the world-class features going into them, the most expensive: prices will range from $1.7 million to more than $6 million.
