The SLS flag being touted as the hotel component to the newest Related Group project is sure to contribute to a fairly quick sell-out of the project. The project will come out of the ground at 1300 South Miami Avenue in Brickell. This is the corner of South Miami Avenue and 13th Street just east of the Infinity at Brickell Tower.

This is NOT a Condo Hotel. The ground level will feature retail and three on-site restaurants including world-renowned Katsuya by Stark, Bazaar by Jose Andres and something from Michel Schwartz of Michael’s Genuine in Miami’s Design District. Really amazing names! The SLS Hotel will begin at the lobby level and go up to the 9th floor which will feature an elevated 200 ft. long pool, spa deck and amenities such as the HYDE Bar and Lounge and CIEL Spa.

The residential condo units begin on the 10th floor and go up to floor 51 and then of course is the PH level. There are 11 units planned per floor and range in size from a one bedroom plus den with approx 717 square feet up to a three bedroom plus den with just over 1500 square feet. PH units are currently being designed. Residents will have access to many of the Hotel facilities as well as a Residents Only rooftop pool.
As in recently sold out project in Brickell the Deposit Structure will be as follows:
10% at Reservation – ASAP, likely March
10% at Contract – estimated to be 3 months after Reservation period
10% at Ground Breaking – estimated to be 3 months after Contract period
10% at 25th Floor – estimated to be 10 months after Ground Breaking
10% at Building Top Off – estimated to be 8 months after previous payment
50% at Closing
