The renderings for Edgardo de Fortuna’s new project, Jade Signature in Sunny Isles beach, shows flow-through units with glass walls, and massive balconies with unobstructed Atlantic Ocean views.
Jade Signature will be a 55 story, luxury, ocean front condominium, located in the heart of the prestigious Sunny Isles Beach. The building, will be designed by legendary Swiss architectural firm Herzog & De Meuron, and will feature 192, 1,2,3,4 & 5 bedroom residences, that will range between 1,400 and 5,000 square feet, with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. All units at Jade Signature, will come with floor to ceiling windows, 10 feet ceilings and private lobbies. Amenities will include a free-form lagoon pool, lap pool, state of the art fitness center, library, wine cellar, and business center. Pritzker prize winners, architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron, are mostly known by their conversion of the Bankside power station in London, England, into what is today the Tate Modern gallery. In 2008 they completed the Beijing national stadium for the Olympic Games. Developer Edgardo Defortuna is the founder of Fortune International, Some of his most recent projects include Midtown 2 and 1100 Millecento. Parisian firm PYR will be in charge of the interior design, Raymond Jungles will be the landscape architectural firm. Jade Signature will be the sister tower to Jade Ocean and Jade Beach.
