Parque Towers condo, located at 330 Sunny Isles Blvd. Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, is set to break ground in 2014, to be completed in 2016. This luxury boutique condominium will have two towers 26 stories each, and 320 residences. Amenities will include, onsite bars and restaurants, pools, private rooftop pools, kids club and kids pool, state-of the art gym, movie theater for 200 people, business center, Suite Hotel (1b/den) available for lease for residents’s guests, high-end appliances, and a full service beach club. In addition Parque Towers will offer 2 and 3 bedroom units that will range between 1,799 and 2,400 square feet.The most expensive unit in the J. Milton & Associates new Sunny Isles condominium called Parque Towers at St. Tropez is priced at $4 million.
Groundbreaking on the 329-unit, two-tower project is anticipated for January 2014 with the grand opening projected for 2015.
Water access for the project, planned at 330 Sunny Isles Beach Blvd., will be on the Intracoastal. The project will be directly across the street from the planned Gateway Park, which the developer and city are working together to complete.
Parque Towers will offer two floor plan options and two and three bedroom units ranging in size from 1,799 square feet to 2,417 square feet. Amenities will include onsite restaurants, private rooftop plunge pools, a recreational area for kids and a performance stage.
Coral Gables-based J. Milton & Associates also built the 280-unit, three-tower St. Tropez and the Pinnacle condominium, both in Sunny Isles.
